Galápagos entry is not one all-inclusive ticket. The conservation category, transit control card, biosecurity declaration and island transport charges serve different purposes. Budget them separately and check eligibility in the official tables.

The short answer
Core adult conservation categories are US$200 general foreign, US$100 eligible CAN/Mercosur and US$30 Ecuadorian/Ecuador-resident; the standard advance electronic TCT is US$20.
Choose the category, not the largest headline
The CGREG table distinguishes nationality, residency and other eligibility categories. A general foreign adult figure is not the amount owed by every visitor. Check the full table for children, older Ecuadorian or resident visitors, disability documentation and exemptions. The source uses age-bracket wording that should be checked directly for a child close to the threshold.
Do not infer eligibility from the language you speak or where a flight originated. Keep the relevant identification and follow the official collection instructions for your arrival.
TCT is a separate official process
CGREG now links its TCT Online service, where identity, trip and accommodation details are requested. The published standard advance electronic amount is US$20, with special categories in the resolution. Follow the current portal rather than old airport-only instructions repeated on travel pages.
A paid tour confirmation is not a TCT. Use the government service for personal information and keep the confirmation available offline.
The ABG declaration is not another tour charge
ABG states that physical goods declaration forms ended on 31 January 2026. Adults entering the islands use the digital declaration and present the resulting confirmation to inspectors. It is a biosecurity process separate from both the transit card and conservation fee.
Check permitted products before packing food or organics. Do not treat an unchecked bag or a previous trip as evidence that current restrictions can be ignored.
Keep island transport charges outside the park total
A boat ticket can exclude port services or water-taxi boarding. If visiting Isabela, ask about the current local visitor charge; we did not verify an official current amount and do not establish it from a supplier exclusion. A tour platform’s general “taxes included” line should not be read as covering every separate archipelago entry process.
For a simple budget, write conservation, TCT, inter-island transport, local charges and activities on separate lines. Replace unknown amounts with confirmed quotes instead of a guessed total.
